eggplant must be one of the ingredients. It cannot be replaced by local
ones. This time the sauce is slightly salty.

We
dine in Shau Shau Shau again tonight. It is raining heavily, there are
no diners waiting outside. But the restaurant is still about 70% full.
It is anyway a small restaurant, accommodating only twenty diners at the
same time at most.
We know dish portion is not too large, we
only order four dishes. As mentioned before, though it is a small Thai
restaurant, its food quality is much higher and stable than quite a lot
of other larger and chained Thai restaurants.
