Remarks:
The bread is the main attraction of this bakery. In my opinion, bread
of same or similar quality is also available in Bakery Little Mermaid in
Citysuper.
We would like to escape from the crowd at lunchtime
and therefore have a try after the peak hours. There is no queue in
front of the café, it is anyway still full house. It should not be
categorized as a small café, it should be a mini café.
We order
two meal sets, each set is served with main dish and drink. It is not
like some stupid restaurants / cafes that a meal set is served with the
main dish only. It is optional to order drink but at extra charge. An
example can be found in The One. It is quite ridiculous.
Both
sets are served in a decent manner. Toast and bread are warm and
delectable. It has not yet attained an impeccable standard, but it is
quite enjoyable (if the environment is not taken into account) to dine
in this micro habitat.
If Bologne is not operated by Japanese, if
the chefs are not Japanese, if there is no Japanese waitress, if the
food is not served in Japanese western fusion style, if it is not in
Central, it is only a café serving sandwich and western food. But now,
it is completely different. This is marketing and packaging.
