Pan-fried Sea Bream is an average dish and nicely
presented, the sauce is tasty. Fish is of loose texture and not fresh
enough. To serve diners like us, it is definitely not an easy job. Cost
of these two pieces of chilled sea bream is at most twenty Hong Kong
dollars.
Tomato Soup is fresh, creamy, concentrated and very
tasty. It is the result of time and effort. We can order either this
tomato soup or salmon sashimi salad, we decide to order two soups.
Spaghettini
Pasta with Prawn is a quality dish. Pasta is delectable, al denta and a
bit spicy, but prawns are chilled and not fresh. Prawn texture is still
good enough anyway.
Baked bread is served with olive oil and black vinegar.
There is no extra unnecessary decoration.
It is cool.

Bonheur
is not similar to those restaurants operated by locals. It has more
stringent control in all aspects, like service, interior decoration,
food presentation and taste.
The lunch menu has sufficient
options to please everyone. We order two lunch sets today, namely fish
and prawn pasta. Though they have not yet been cooked to perfect, they
are already of very high quality, particularly the pasta. Bonheur should
have food quality higher than most restaurants in Sheung Wan. Service
is still good, but we sense that they are not too professional and
polite from the bottom of their hearts.
