
'Baked
Fish Head' is a signature item and we have ordered before. This is the
best quality dish in the whole meal and the standard can still be kept
at high level. it is a very flavorful and delectable Shunde delicacy.

It is not oily and we can still sense the fishiness of fish head. It should be a must order item.

'Baked
Yellow Eel' is cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, green onion and
chili. Yellow eel is a very nutritive food material in autumn.

Baked Fish Maw is a bit oily. Without sophisticated cooking skill, it is difficult to control the absorption of oil by fish maw.

'Steamed
Vegetables w/ Preserved Vegetables' gets a recommended pass only. It
should have been fully steamed before we place the order. It is a pity.

Soup is always a signature item. It is good to health and very comfortable to the throat.

It
is not a convenient location if not by driving. We have not visited
Shun De Kung for a long time. In my mind, for Shunde cuisine, this
should be the best available in Hong Kong .
There is not much
change in the restaurant, it is similar to other local Chinese
restaurants. We order four dishes and a soup. Except the soup and baked
fish head (it is still delicious and of high quality), the rest dishes
are all quite oily. This is not what we expect in the meal. Basically,
food taste is still good. We have not made any complaint, this is not
our style. There are too many restaurants to be explored in our list.
