Marinated Goose Wing & Web is also palatable, but it is not very
chiu-chowed. They are chewy and tender, but there are more webs than
wings.
Green Cucumber w/ Garlic Paste & Vinegar is relatively large in size.
Steamed Shrimp Dumpling is very delicious. Fresh shrimp and pork are used, it is suggested to order in your upcoming visit.
Cha Siu Bao (Steamed BBQ Pork Bun) is delectable, as expected. The
flour white skin is soft and spongy. It is an outstanding dim sum.
Today
Soup (Pig Lung Soup) is boiled with chicken feet, pork, chicken meat,
cabbage, dried red date, dried scallop, almond, and of course pig lung.
The soup is very natural, clear enough and very flavorable. It is also in limited supply everyday. If you are eager to drink this soup, it is better to order at the time reservation is made.
Congee with Fish Meat is the first time to order. Fish is very fresh
and there is no trace of fishiness. This is in fact a congee boiled with
fresh fish soup, resulting that we can still taste the river freshness.
Red
Date Cake is a signature dessert in Lei Garden. It is still very hot
when served. We can still taste the flavours of red date and coconut
(the middle layer). Of course, to have such food taste and quality,
premium price has to be paid for the meal.

Remarks:
1) booking is a must.
2) this is a meal with no deep-fried stuffs.
It
goes without saying that to dine in Lei Garden TST East, the target is
to savor the delicious dim sum again. We have not ordered any lunch meal
set, but to order a la carte, mainly dim sum and soup. This is always
the best Lei Garden in our experience, we therefore pay visit many times.
All items are served and maintained in the best available quality and
condition. We have no complaint and challenge. Hurrah!
