Fried Chicken w/ Fermented Red Beancurd Paste is alluring in appearance and colour. It is not oily at all.
Taste is well-balanced and not too salty. It is fantastic item to drink with beer.
Steamed Plain Ricesheet Roll, served with two different sauces, is
very generous in portion. It is very slippery naturally, we appreciate
this very much. Two thumbs up. This item is not included in the lunch
meal set of three items below.
Size of Boiled Vegetable is not like those in low-ended wonton noodle shops. This is much large in portion.
Fried Rice w/ Roasted Pork & Preserved Vegetable is a new combination to us. This is also the main reason for us to order.
As
before, fried rice in Full Moon Restaurant is of very high quality.
Roasted pork has been chopped into small pieces. It is not oily and each
piece of rice is nearly fried to perfection. The taste is yummy and
appetizing. The above portion is for sure sufficient for two persons. In our two visits, fried rice
dishes are both cooked to high standard, we can basically attribute
these results to the chef's sophisticated cooking skill.

We
are in San Po Kong again. One of the quality lunch meals should be in
Full Moon Restaurant, in our mind. We find no reason not to try again.
We order a meal set for two persons (totally there are three lunch meal
sets ) but we notice dish price should have been increased by ten percent.
Apart
from the meal set, we additionally order a ricesheet roll, in order to
testify whether its dum sums are of quality or not. We can draw
premature conclusion that this dum sum is of high quality and is
prepared with heart and talent. We would have dim sum meal later, as a reward for their effort and heart in running this Chinese restaurant in San Po Kong.
