Fruits in Sweet & Sour Sauce is served on a nest. Fyi, the nest is
not crispy enough. This means it should have been idle for a period.
Vegetarian Thick Soup
Skewers of Vegetarian Squid, Kidney and Mushroom is a delectable dish.
Vegetarian Eel is quite elastic in texture. This is the first time for us to try. But I do not like it.
Deep Fried Vegetarian Chicken is quite oily in fact.
Vegetarian Cuttlefish in Claypot is quite generous in portion.

Hua is a very large restaurant of three storeys, there is a "tree"
inside the restaurant. In Chao Zhou, it should have high reputation
among the locals. Basically, if it is not any Chinese festival, there is
no need to make reservation.
In view of the living standard in Chao Zhou, Lian Hua should be the best vegetarian restaurant.

Lian
Hua should be one of the renowned eateries in Chao Zhou. It is located
opposite to Kai Yuan Temple , which is a famous sight-seeing spot in
Chao Zhao. It is not expected that Lian Hua is in fact an eatery of
three storeys and with sophisticated Chinese decoration and design. It should be a Chinese vegetarian welcomed by tourists of all nationalities.
At
dinnertime, it is full-housed. We are pleased to have allotted to a
table with street view. Since the eatery is large enough, there is
sufficient spacing among tables and it is definitely not a noisy
environment. We are informed that dish portion is
large too. We therefore order a meal set for three persons only. The
result turns out that the overall portion is sufficient for four
persons. Food quality and taste are a bit above average. But if dishes
are very delicious, we would be shocked and disappointed anyway. In view of the overall package, Lian Hua is an eatery we must recommend in Chao Zhou.
