There are four pieces of Tandoorie Chicken. Chicken should not be
those frozen for a long time, as its texture is still bouncy. This dish
is more delicious and of higher quality than those served in TST and
Kowloon.

Chicken
Soup is an unexpectedly delicious item. It is a real chicken soup, in
view of texture and taste. Some oil drops can also be found on the
surface and small amount of msg should have been added, if any. Anyway,
this chicken soup should be once in a blue moon.

Masala Papad, an Indian snack, is freshly fried and surplus oil has
been absorbed by the paper underneath. It is made from flour and
vegetables.

The sauce in this Beef Curry is a bit orange. We do not expect beef
brisket is served. The brisket is delicious and rich in nice beef
flavour.

There are several pieces of chicken and chopped potato in this Chicken
Curry dish. It is a palatable and detectable item. Comparatively, we
prefer the sauce in this chicken curry more.

Stir-fried Vegetable is in large portion. Originally it is like a
vegetable hill. It has not been overcooked and is mainly cooked with soy
sauce.

Naan Bread is one of the items in Indian cuisine we like very much. It is a good companion of curry sauce.

Indian Tea is in fact a tea with Milk. It is different from those
locally made tea with milk. Quite a lot of travellers to India said the
Masala Tea in India is tasty. Imho, tasty India tea can also be found in
Hong Kong.

It
is not anticipated quality Indian food is also available in Tuen Mun,
we come across this eatery by accident. It is like a normal Indian
restaurant, with no special decoration. But all except one Chinese lady
are Indian servers, they all are nice and amiable. The different food assortments are more or less similar to
other Indian eateries in Hong Kong. After this trial, we are interested
to try seafood curries in our next visit.
We
order a meal set for two. We are pleased to have tried an Indian meal
with quality higher than quite a lot of Indian restaurants in TST and
Kowloon. Besides, relatively fresher food materials are used, resulting
that overall quality is correspondingly higher and they are more delicious. It should certainly be a discovery in Tuen Mun. It
is our recommendation of Indian eatery in Tuen Mun and Hong Kong.
