about one-inched thickness. It is suggested to order even though you are
nearly full.

Signature
Pork Chop Rice Set is ordered. On this orange plastic plate, there are
pork chop, plain rice and soy sauce. Please do not expect there is even
one piece of green vegetable or green bean. Plain rice is in very good
quality, implying that they are skilful in cooking rice and this will also enhance the overall quality.
Texture
of pork chop is good and soft enough. It has been seasoned to an extent
that it is a very delicious pork chop, and it deserves to be one of the
signature items in For Kee. It is pan-fried after an order is received . Pork chop has not been overcooked and the best taste can be fostered.
A
pity is that meat tenderizer has been added. This would lower the
overall quality a lot. Of course, quite a lot of patrons would not know
meat tenderizer has been used. If meat tenderizer has been used, a word
'conscience' immediately comes to my mind, notwithstanding they mention no msg is added.

It
should be a famous restaurant in Hollywood Road. Though it is a small
Cha Chaan Teng, it is always full during peak hours. As the rating for
environment implies, it is definitely too packed, to an extent that it
is quite disgusting. Servers '
manner is also not too pleasing, it seems that all patrons are bringing
trouble instead of business to them. This is quite funny. Maybe, it
would be better if it is not in peak hours; or they have already
fostered the best EQ in their manner.
Regarding
pork chop rice set, it definitely deserves to be the signature item.
Plain rice is in good quality. Together with soy sauce, without pork
chop, it is already very tasty. Pork chop has been pan-fried to nearly
perfection, in view of
taste, though the presentation is only very average. But I have to
inform blogmates that meat tenderizer has been used. This would greatly
alleviate the overall quality to this signature pork chop rice. But for
most patrons who cannot distinguish what is meat tenderizer or whether meat tenderizer has been used, they should like this pork chop without hesitation.
