Nearly 90% of patrons would order claypot rice.
Chicken
and preserved pork sausage are good companion. This is much better than
'beef with egg'. FYI, meat tenderizer is added to beef, resulting that
the texture of beef is too loose and soft. For chicken, there is no need
to add meat tenderizer, the meat texture is already soft enough.
Chicken pieces have been seasoned with shredded ginger. Chicken is
chilled, the meat texture is not bouncy enough. Preserved pork sausage
would have better taste and quality if it is sourced from Wing Wah
Restaurant.
Each piece of rice is in very good shape and quality. Its texture is
soft and chewy. Together with delicious soy sauce, it is a claypot rice
of high standard. This may be the main reason for so many patrons every
day.
No
msg has been added to Today Soup, it is very tasty and good for health.
Sufficient amount of food materials (vegetable and meat) are boiled for
several hours, it is an item we / you should not miss. There are three
sizes, these are small and medium.

Remarks: 'Claypot rice with beef & poached egg' is not suggested
to order as meat tenderizer has been added to beef. If you still order,
it is at your own cost and aftermath.
We cannot resist the temptation of claypot rice, we therefore select
Wing Hop Shing again. All patrons have to queue up no matter whether you
are celebrities or tourists. If you is lucky enough, waiting time would
be less than five minutes.
We
do not want to order beef as considerable amount of meat tenderizer has
been added, resulting that the texture is quite strange and artificial.
For safety and health sake, we order chicken and preserved sausage
claypot rice and today soup. Though the rice is not so high in overall performance as that of last time, today soup is on
the other hand of very high quality. We really would like to buy a
take-away of soup. Apart from claypot rice, another signature item
should be today soup.
