Coffee
(by movenpick) and Lemon Tea are included in the sets respectively.
Coffee is nice, in the sense that it is rice in coffee flavour and quite
concentrated. It is served with milk and coffee sugar. All sets do not
served with bread, appetizer or soup.

Egg Benedict with Pharma Ham is always ordered by diners in Bricklane.
I guess this should be the most enticing item in the menu.

Because of learning curve effect, the chef presents them in a nice
manner. It is an English muffin, topped with ham or bacon, poached eggs
and Hollandaise sauce.

Spinach is found in between the muffin and ham. This stuff tastes very
good. I guess the inclusion of Pharma Ham is a wise decision of the
chef.

Tofu
Scramble is presented in such a manner. It is served with a slice of
toast, a piece of hash browns and salad. Tofu is fried with sweet corn
and spinach. Apart from presentation, it is in fact a good selection for
vegetarian, particularly in terms of taste.

Without
any reservation, it is not easy to be served in Japanese restaurant in
TST. We resort to savor light meal in any café nearby. The outlook of
Bricklane is definitely an attraction to us. It is a small eatery and
chefs are not foreigners. Basically I quite like this eatery in my first impression as it is not crowded with diners at lunchtime.
Lunch
set of spaghetti and standard items in the menu are available. Most of
them are priced below one hundred. The items we ordered are around
eighty. Taste is not bad, with grading of above average. It should also
be a nice place for afternoon tea.
