Since
it is a Sunday morning, all other dim sums are also displayed without
any shelther (I do not know whether it is the same on weekdays.). This
is of course for the convenience of diners on the one hand, .... .
This should be a nice picture for foreign visitors that one server has to take care of such a large array of food stuffs.

There
are two Chinese restaurants in Chuen Lung Village. We did try in Duan
Kee before, we would like to try in another restaurant this time to see
what the difference is, if any. Basically, there are not many
differences in terms of restaurant layout ,
food serving, dim sum variety and price. But there is a big difference
in food quality and taste. Maybe, Choi Lung Restaurant is conveniently
located near the minibus terminal, most patrons would select Choi Lung
in their visit to Chuen Lung and there is no immediate need to have further improvement.
After
this visit, we deduce that food quality in Choi Lung is at most
average. It is not prepared and served with heart. Most dim sums are
idle for a long time, resulting that it is not hot or not hot enough.
This is the main
shortfall. But in Duan Kee, quite a lot of food stuffs are cooked,
prepared and kept with heart. Besides, in Choi Lung, one more point to
mention is that grey mold spots are found on the surface of a bamboo
steamed basket. This is quite disgusting.
