Marinated geese are displayed in the kitchen, this would for sure
generate quite a lot of business. At the main entrance, we are attracted
by the smell of mouth-watering marinated sauce.
Deep-fried Small Fish is served with black vinegar, the fish is then not too dry. It is nice to drink with beer.
Marinated Platter is the best method to enjoy more marinated stuffs at the same time. The size is not small. It comes with goose wing, goose kidney, goose web and tofu. Goose web
and wing are of good quality (in the sense of taste and food material),
they have not been marinated for too long time.
Vegetable in Fish Soup
Appetizer is in fact mini tofu. It is also prepared with heart.
Soup of White Pepper & Pig Lung is one of Chiu Chow dishes we like very much. It is much better to drink in winter.

Tak
Kee is reported to be an eatery serving quality chiu chow stuffs, we
spare time to do this gastronomic experiment tonight. The address should
formerly be occupied by another Chinese restaurant, Tak Kee should be
doing business in another address nearby for a long time. This is therefore now a newly and nicely decorated dining environment,
with well-spaced tables and accommodating more patrons at the same
time.
We
are deeply impressed by the enticing and mouth-watering smell of
marinated goose at the entrance, we therefore have thinking that we must
order the goose stuffs tonight. Besides, we also order pepper soup and
fried small fish. We only order authentic chiu chow stuffs
in our mind. It is therefore quite strange to us that some other
patrons order dishes which can also be enjoyed and available in other
Chinese restaurants. If so, there is no need to dine in a chiu chow
restaurant. Of course, everybody has his
own freedom and preference of dish ordering. For the dishes ordered, we
are very delighted that they are cooked with heart and chiu chow
authenticity, they are very delicious too. It is not easy to have tried
the same quality even though we formerly select to dine in another famous chiu chow restaurant in Sheung Wan. You are recommended to have a try here.
