Baked Barbecued Pork Bun is not different in appearance from those in
other Chinese restaurants. It is in fact freshly baked. The stuffed BBQ
pork is in generous portion and very delicious. It is superior to all
others.
Steamed Rice Rolls w/ Assorted Fungi & Mushrooms is alluring in
outlook, mainly because the ricesheet is very thin and transparent.
Together with the specially prepared soy sauce, it is delectable.
Marinated
Beancurd & Pork Belly is not particularly attractive in appearance.
But when a piece of pork belly is put into the mouth, it is found that
the pork is very bouncy and definitely a fresh pork. It is a heartening
Guangdong dish and we do not expect it is explored in Di King Heen.
Sticky
Rice w/ Chicken & Pork Wrapped in Lotus Leaf is the best of its
kind in my experience. It has not been steamed for too long time. Sticky
rice would not be too soft. The stuffed brown paste comes with cha siu,
mushroom and chicken wing. It is priced at $28 only, what an attractive price. It should be a must-order item for us in next patron.
Congee w/ Roasted Duck & Salt Egg is large in portion, it is
sufficient to be shared by two to three persons. Congee base is creamy.
The roasted duck is fresh and bouncy, this is much appreciated.

This
is the Chinese restaurant we would like to try for a long time. It is
not easy to make reservation in my experience, this means it is needed
to book several days in advance. Tables are not packed, ceiling is very
high. There is a breathtaking view of north Kowloon and the Lion Rock. It deserves to be a restaurant in a five star hotel.
We
order five dim sums only. Since we have ordered sticky rice wrapped in
lotus leaf and congee, the portion is sufficient to us. But we are very
delighted that all dim sums are of very high quality. All are freshly
prepared and delicious, they are
still very hot when served. For the same item, taste and quality are
for sure higher than at least 95% of the same kind in the market. But
pricing is not correspondingly higher. In this connection, we must make a
recommendation to all of you.
