Mexico Bun (墨西哥包) is one of the signature buns in Kam Wah Cafe. All buns would be freshly baked for the whole day.
Pineapple Bun is the main reason to dine in Kam Wah Cafe again. It is nearly flawless in appearance and is like a masterpiece.
A meal set is also ordered, including pan-fried egg, sausage, ham,
vermicelli in soup with preserved vegetable and shredded pork. The
portion is not small and taste is as standard as in that in other cha
chaan teng.
Tea or coffee
This neon board is inside the cafe.
The interior is a bit more briliant than other local cha chaan teng.
There are quite a lot of awards issued by different media. It should
be regarded as one of the advertising programmes of the media, not the
cafe.

This
is one of the most famous cha chaan tengs in Hong Kong . Pineapple bun
and Mexico Bun are its signature items, and buns would be freshly baked
during the day. This may account for its crowdedness for the whole
day. Kam Wah Cafe should be one of the tourist attractions for all visitors to Hong Kong .
We
are also mainly allured by the pineapple bun and decide to dine in Kam
Wah again. Frankly speaking, we are not very interested in other noodles
or stuffs, surprise should not be expected. But we must dine again in
Kam Wah Café, mainly for its freshly baked pineapple bun or Mexico bun.
