chicken pieces are in generous portion. Meat is fresh, juicy and bouncy
naturally. Yellow skin colour is very impressive. There are also
chicken oil on the surface. This is the chicken congee we are looking
for. I guess not more three eateries serve this chicken congee in such exobitantly high quality. Harrah!
Chicken congee is served in claypot and the portion is quite generous.
Rice has been boiled for at least one hour, before such quality congee
is served to customers. Small amount of msg should have been added, if
any.
Fried Ricesheet Roll is freshly prepared and it is still hot.It is
still worthwhile to wait for a longer time. No surplus soy sauce is
included, this is also appreciated.
This fried ricesheet roll is comparable to that served by Kam Fung
Congee in quarry bay. Credit should be given to both eateries.

Remarks: Waiting is needed.
We do not know this eatery in advance. We pass by today and notice
there are many patrons outside the shop. This is the main and only
reason for us to wait and have a try. We therefore have confidence and
are willing to wait.
Everybody
is waiting for the ordered congee and ricesheet roll. For congee, we
only order chicken congee. But definitely there are many other options
in the menu, like pig liver, fish, beef, pig stomach, etc. We really do
not expect fresh chicken
is served to us in the congee. This is evidenced by the texture. Taste
and colour. We do have a bonus meal in Yuen Long today. We would like
to take this opportunity to praise Fat Kee, in view of their heart and
passion in serving congee and ricesheet roll in such natural and high quality. Thank you very much.
