Mushroom Dumpling (野菌餃)

Steamed Dumpling of Milk Clustard (奶黃包) with a lovely spiral cover

Cantonese Sponge Cake (馬拉糕) looks very spongy.

Deep-fried Radish Cake (蘿蔔絲酥餅) is not oily at all.

Ricesheet Roll of Cha siu (叉燒腸粉)

Chicken Feet in Brown Sauce (鮑汁雞腳) is always palatable. It should be one of signature dim sums.

Fried Tofu and Fried Beancurd Sheet Wrap

Fish Maw and Mushroom in Soup is average only. It is nearly tasteless, implying minimum amount of msg is added, if any.

Congee of Minced Pork and Sweet Corn (粟米肉碎粥)

It
becomes the best Chinese restaurant in Hung Hom now, imho. Food quality
is always kept at high level, so is service. If we do not have any idea
and want to eat dim sum and Chinese food, Sportful Garden would be our
choice. In the past, we voted for Hoi Yat Heen.
In 2012, Sportful Garden can still keep its food standard, this is
much appreciated and should continuously been supported in person. It is
also one of the two most supported chained gardens, namely Sportful
Garden and Lei Garden.
