Fried Fish w/ Spicy Sauce
Fish is large in size, even longer than the plate.
The fish has not been cooked with spicy sauce, the spicy sauce is
added on top after it is pan-fried / cooked. The sauce is tasty and
spicy enough. There is a synergist Fish meat is firm enough, it does not have any trace of fishiness. It
is a delicious dish, we are right to have ordered this dish.
Laksa Seafood Vermicelli
There is only one piece of shrimp, which is not fresh but chilled.
Soup is tasty and decent, or simply the taste is well-balanced. There are several pieces of shrimp cracker on the top.
A lot of rice vermicelli is found at the bottom. It is a delicious Indo soup noodle.
Padang Beef (Rendang Sapi) is a must to order in Nyonya Indocook. The portion is not small. There are many pieces of beef.
The sauce is not very concentrated, it has not covered the nice
flavour of beef. Beef is tender enough and not too tough. This is a
quality beef. To conclude, dishes are cooked with heart.

We know this Indonesian eatery serves authentic Indo dishes. We
specially arrange a meal in Tuen Mun today. The Indo outlook is
impressive, in comparison with the eateries nearby. The restaurant
should have been newly renovated recently, it is also not packed anyway.
We
of course are not Indonesian, we believe authentic Indonesian food is
served here. The beef, spicy fish and laksa are all cooked with heart
and are delicious and flavorful. It is also reasonably priced. If it is
in Causeway Bay, pricing would be 50% higher.

P.S.
It is strange that a friend has lunch in this restaurant thereafter,
but found that food is poor in taste, texture and rich in msg. It is
really very strange.
