Chocolate Brownie w/ Ice Cream & Chocoate Lava must be shared. Ice-cream is very slipperry, with very limited air sacs.

Fried Fillet w/ Rice is one of nine main courses. Fillet must not be very low-priced one.

The rib is much better and tastier than its look, taste is good. In view of meal set, this portion is quite generous.

Mushroom Cream Soup w/ Salad

Buns are kept at high temperature, they are always very impressive in Outback. So are desserts.

We do not have much good impression towards Outback. This is of course
due to past record. But sometimes for the sake of better dining
environment at reasonable price, undoubtedly Outback is not the worst
choice.
To
be frank, the best items in Outback in my mind are its freshly baked
bun and dessert. This is a very common phenomenon in chained restaurants
in Hong Kong. For the main dishes, it is not easy to cook with high
standard and good taste by staff at hourly wages and without sophisticated cooking skill and
sense of belonging towards the chain. Dish quality is better than our
expectation this time in Outback Nathan Road, we do not have any bad
experience. We are lucky.
