Expresso and Coffee Regular, with an alluring crema on the surface.
'Le Sinagot - Chocolate and Caramel' is nicely served on a white
plate. It is more or less similar to the size of an A4 paper. Before we
start eating, we can sense the heat and see the impressive colour
combination.
It is very thin and crispy. Chocolate and caramel are perfect match, they in fact combine together to give a synergistic effect.
The interior is nicely designed, with black colour wooden furniture.

flour, from Bretagne of France. It is traditionally served with sidar.
2) There are about 50 selections of crepe in La Creperie.
3) Crepe may be served as both a main meal or dessert.
La
Creperie is a newly opened cafe serving French cuisine in a new
building. The entrance of the building has not yet been fully furbished.
Though La Creperie occupies the whole floor of this building, it is
still not a too big café. If it is full-housed, it should also be a noisy environment.
The
Chef and waitress are French and nice to explain the menu. We finally
order two cups of coffee and a piece of crepe (the crepe without
fruits). Needless to say, they only serve French cuisine. For the crepe,
it is not similar to
the Japanese one. Taste and presentation are of French origin. What we
are looking for is such authentic French stuff. The crepe is crispy,
chewy, and of course delectable and flavorful. There are many options
for coffee. It is a nice selection for afternoon tea break anyway.
