Steamed Common Sole. Shredded spring onion and soya sauce are added after steaming. For the same purpose, this is to preserve the natural and original taste of Sole. The meat texture is slippery. This Common Sole is small in size. It is said that if it is large in size, it should be raised. If it is raised, larger size can sell at higher price.

'Chicken w/ Pig Liver & Solo Garlic in Claypot' is an above average dish. Quality of pig liver is not good enough. We love solo garlic, which is in numerous quantity.

Steamed Abalone is very large in size. Steaming is much better than deep-fried cooking, in preserving the original flavor of abalone.

This is not the original size. Original size is a bit smaller (a bit smaller only). It is chewy but not tough.

We would like to have something different today. ​​I am talking about seafood selection. We therefore order seafood which we have not ordered before. In fact, there are not too many options here. For the sake of savoring the natural and original taste, they (Common Sole and Abalone) are steamed only. Spring onion and shredded ginger are added thereafter.

Needless to say, it is a seafood meal to our satisfaction. We have to take this opportunity to thank for all persons and happenings around us. Thank you very much for your kindness, tenderness, love and everything.
