It is not a must to order marinated goose meat and tofu in Chiu Chow restaurant.
Cold Fish is an expensive dish. It should have been steamed with a
trace of salt only, the freshness is memorable and impressive.
Marinated Egg.
The meat texture is not soft and there is no trace of fishiness.
'Soup of Duck and Lemon' is a typical soup in Chiu Chow cuisine. The
taste of lemon and duck is well-balanced. After drinking this soup, the
throat is very comfortable. Duck soup is very good for health, fyi.
'Braised Conch, Spareribs & Vegetables in Claypot' is also an
expensive dish comparatively. But it is also an authentic Chiu Chow
dish. I prefer to order typical Chiu Chow dishes instead of other
Guangdong dishes in a Chiu Chow restaurant.
If 'Congee of Dried Fish & Minced Pork' is not delicious, the Chiu
Chow restaurant should be closed. It is a delectable soup.
'Noodle with Sesame Paste' is cooked with pork, mushroom, baby sweet corn and shrimp.

At
Hong Kong side, if we think of eating Chiu Chow food, we would
inevitably visit Carrianna. It is conveniently located and food quality
is stable. It seems that diners have gradually forgotten the existence
of Carrianna. On the other hand, the restaurant is not crowded and packed at night.
Notwithstanding
the thinking of other diners, we still keep on visiting and voting for
Carrianna. We have not ordered the meal set, and selected items that we
have not tried before, if possible. Within our expectation, we seldom
have disappointment. Some are quite outstanding, some authentic in Chiu Chow flavour and / or average in quality. We do have a satisfactory meal tonight.
