Skewers of Pork and Chicken

Fried Bean Threads in
Thai Style is cooked with cuttlefish, shrimps, mussel, mushroom, basil
and tomato. This is an above average dish, texture of bean threads is
alright. It is better in flavour and all aspects than Pad Thai.

Grilled Chicken Wings have been marinated with ginger sauce and thai seasonings. It is more delicious than that in KFC for sure.

Baby Cabbage is cooked with bean sauce.

Fried
Rice in Thai Style w/ Minced Pork in Shrimp Sauce. There are three
pieces of sweet Thai sausages on the top. This fried rice is delicious,
but it can be better and there is still a gap from the best in my
experience.

This
is our third patron to Shau Shau Shau, mainly because it is managed by
Thai. We like the authentic flavor of all dishes. There are quite a lot
of diners at night, they seems to have visited many times. Pricing is
normal but fresh fish seems to be priced a bit higher, we therefore have
not ordered fish this time. It does not take long time for all dishes
to be cooked. Maybe, the restaurant is not large, waiting time must not
be too long.
You have to bear in mind that in order to suit
market need, all dishes are cooked with strong flavor. In addition,
considerable amount of msg has been added to all dishes. This would
enhance the flavor on the one hand, and to sell more drinks and baby
coconut on the other hand.
