Toast w/ Peanut Butter and Jam (醬沾多)
This is thicker version.
Toast w/ Butter and Jam (油沾多)
We
always forget to order the brown bread with raisin. Though there should
not be much difference, it is anyway better to have a try at the same
price.
Tea with Milk (Hot and Cold) 奶茶
There is a well-balance
between milk and tea. Personally, hot milk with tea tastes better than
cold tea with tea. Imho, quality "Tea with Milk" should be the main
reason for Ho Wah to survive after serving in Wan Chai for so many
years. In the afternoon, some customers hold and enjoy a cup of milk
with tea or coffee outside the cafe, together with sandwich or toast.
Yes, Ho Wah should have its charisma in Wan Chai. What is more, Ho Wah
is not only a cafe for uncles, it is also for OL and salarymen.

Ho
Wah Café is a treasure in Wan Chai, we should therefore visit more and
support in person. Basically Ho Wah is an oldfangled cafe, it seems that
it does not belong to the 21st century. It is on the other hand welcome
by people of all kinds, like the retired, blue collars, OL, salarymen
and family. Unlike other cha chaan teng and cafe, Ho Wah pays attention
to hygiene and food quality, though there are not many selections in the
menu in my opinion.
Ho Wah is a place for recharge and
retrospect. It is also a nice place to savor toast, milk with tea, and
coffee. It is hoped that Ho Wah can continue to survive and will not be
engulfed by the conscienceless property developers.
