"Minced pork with preserved vegetable in Chinese Pot
$42" is tasty for both the minced pork and rice. Everything (including
minced pork, rice and soy sauce) is in its optimal status, though the
rice is not from the best quality category.
"Chinese Kale boiled
in water $20". We request no oyster sauce and oil - Chinese Kale is
young and sweet. Every piece is edible (but 2 vegetable worms are
found).
New Chui Wah Restaurant is too famous for its "Rice in
Chinese Pot". At night, this small restaurant is always full and crowded
with diners and waiters.

Chui Wah is too famous for its rice in Chinese pot. It should be the
most congested restaurant ever. Food price is not cheap comparatively.
But in view of its food quality (rice in Chinese pot), it is still value
for money. This is the reason why New Chiu Wah is always crowded at
night, particularly when the weather is cold. It is a restaurant we
would think of when we want to eat “rice in Chinese pot”. We surely
would visit again for its rice.
