Assorted Tempura Set $120 comes with small fish (on the
left), shrimps, and small green pepper. Food materials are fresh of high
quality. All tempuras are a bit oily in my mind.
It also serves with eggplant, pumpkin and sweet potato.
Tempura & Sashimi Set $130 comes with fishes, octopus and shrimp.
Sliced
octopus is not very bouncy (I do not like those artificially bouncy
octopus, it is like eating plastic.), this is the texture I like more.
It is not so attracive in appearance but it is tasty. It should have
been boiled with sauces, but not only a steamed one.
It is served with shrimp, eggplant and small green pepper.
Sauces for sashimi and tempura.
Egg custard and appetizer.
Rice is not in very good shape, it is in fact chewy in month and of Japanese origin.

Ten
Yoshi (TY) is in the same group of Sushi Hiro and should a guarantee of
food quality. TY in Henry House is a Japanese restaurant of typical
small size in Hong Kong. An open tempura kitchen occupies a large
portion of the restaurant. Service is very good and has attained the
level of a prestigious restaurant. This gives us an impressive image.
We
order 2 lunch sets and the bill is $275 (average per head $138). Food
materials are fresh and of good quality. It seems that food material
quality has not been sacrificed in lunchtime. What they offer is typical
Japanese cuisine, which has not yet been localized. This results in a
value-for-money lunch meal. TY should surely be a Japanese restaurant
for re-try.
