As
far as I know, Hakataya is available only in Citysuper. Its products
are all related to soy bean. They are soybean milk, soybean milk with
green tea or black sesame, fresh tofu, lees, cookie and tofu snacks.
Basically, not all items in Hakataya are delicious, in my experience.
Two
items are recommended and they are of course with photos in the above,
namely soybean milk and lees cookie. Soybean milk is very thick in
texture. Maybe, some people do not like such thick texture, it is also
rich in soybean flavor. This soybean milk is of the same taste and
texture as those available in Tokyo .
Cookie is delectable too.
It is different from those commonly available Danish cookies in that
cookie of Hakataya has stronger flavor of soybean. If you are tired of
butter cookie, you may try this Hakataya tofu cookie.
