Muffin and sliced bread are hot and free.
Spinach Salad $67
Grilled
Salmon $250 comes with a big potato and vegetables and is nicely
displayed. Salmon is not too slippery. Maybe, the chef should have not
yet taken the lesson taught by Ms. Maria Cordero
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maria_Cordero. This salmon is a bit pricey.
It is anyhow not bad and can satisfy our curiosity of trying salmon at
such price. We of course would not order the same next time.
Appetizer
Combo – Onion Rings, Chicken Wings & Potato Skin $89, is a typical
dish of tasty American foods. The tastes are quite consistent in all
American restaurants.
Baby Back Ribs (Half Slab) $138 is not
small in portion. Originally, we would like to order full slab at $198.
In view of the assortment ordered, we change our mind. This half slab is
in fact not small in size and has 8 pieces of ribs in total. The rib
is not juicy enough. We prefer the rib in Fat Angelo's.
Molten
Chocolate Cake $83 is tasty but too too pricey(please remember there is
additional 10% service charge, it is a profiteering merchant to sell
this cake at $91.30.). This dessert is not of American portion (this is
not consistent with its reminder in the menu), but "American" price. 20
minutes cooking time is needed. But there is no need to order an extra
ice cream in your next try.
Carrot Cake $48 is quite sweet and we prefer the chocolate cake more.

Dan
Ryan's (DR) is always said to be the best American restaurant, among
Outback Steakhouse , Ruby Tuesday, TGI Friday's,
and Tony Roma's. This is the first time to try in DR.
DR TST is
not a small restaurant of American decoration – photos on the wall and
the antique train circling above the bar, tables as usual are packed. It
is quite noisy and not a place to chat. It is full on the day we dine.
Because of the American portion, we order 4 dishes and 2 desserts, the
bill is $795 (average per head $200). Frankly speaking, food quality
among those American restaurants in Hong Kong is more or less similar,
to me. We need to praise DR that all the foods (except salad and carrot
cake) are hot when served, and all dishes are displayed in attractive
look.
