Cha Siu is surely one of the signature items in Dynasty. It may be the main reason for most diners to visit Dynasty.
It is juicy, tender, warm, delectable, fantastic, mouth-watering, and of good quality. No meat tenderizer has been added.
'Clay
Pot Rice w/ Chicken and Salted Fish' has been cooked to a high level
attainable. Each piece of rice is in very good quality and of right
softness. Soya sauce and oil would surely further enhance the overall
quality of the rice.
After finishing Papaya Sweet Soup and Almond Sweet Soup, this lunch comes to a complete ending.

Hotel Chinese
restaurants always give us an impression of good ambience and food
quality. It is expected in our mind that we should have very good result
in our visit to Dynasty in Tsimshatsui.
We order 3 dim sums, cha
siu, clay pot rice of chicken and desserts. It is within our
anticipation that all dim sums are prepared with heart. Food materials
are also in high quality. They are much tastier than those in other
restaurants. Cha siu is also very delectable, it has a well balance of
taste and no msg has been used. Quality of clay pot rice is further
enhanced, by adding the specially prepared soya sauce.
What we
can do is to thank for all chefs in Dynasty. We would dine again in
future. We are going to try the high quality cha siu some days later.
