surely impeccable. It reaches the highest level attainable.
'Roast
Beef Shoulder' is rich in the nice flavor of beef. It is also juicy and
tender, but not oily and tough. Totally, there are about 10 pieces.
'Roasted
Skin of Giant Grouper (Garouper) in Stone Pot'. Grouper skin is cooked
with green onion, sliced ginger and sliced mushroom.
The
skin is of thickness 1 cm, it is chewy and bouncy in texture. Each piece
of skin is very delicious, it is a rich supply of collagen as well.
This food material is not available everyday. Whether it can be supplied
should be a matter of luck. FYI, the skin is rich in calcium, vitamin
and protein.
'Braised Chicken and Chestnut' is like a
home-made dish, the taste is also very good. Chicken meat is fresh and
juicy. Chicken meat and chestnut are perfect match.
'Mixed Vegetarian plate' comes with black fungus, mushroom, gingko and tofu. It has a balance of taste.

Pot Rice of Minced Pork and Preserved Sausage'. Each piece of rice is

The soup is clear and in pale yellow color. Concentrated flavor of food matterials is all in the soup.

We
dine in Lei Garden TST (LG) again tonight. As usual, it is packed and
full house. Waitresses are still polite and in very good manner. They
are helpful and surely not surly. This is one of the main reasons we
always select this TST East LG.
Altogether we order more than 10
items; we are contented with each item in the meal. Beforehand, we have
reserved pig lung soup and cha siu. Needless to say, all items are of
very high quality and delectable. We only know that the food materials
are all fresh enough and the chefs cook them with heart and
sophisticated cooking skill. It is within our anticipation that a meal
in Lei Garden is always pleasant and memorable.
