Lotus seed, red date and hasma come with a natural sweetness.
Delipedia
Hasma
(Hashima, harsmar, snow oil, xue ha, 雪蛤) is reported to have benefits
of replenishing vital essence in the lung, kidney, and improving skin
complexion. Children are not recommended to take, as the high hormone
content might cause puberty to begin earlier. It is particularly good
for female. It is commonly paired in sweet soup with red date, Chinese
pear, lotus seed, snow fungus and dried longan.

It is not too sweet and the red beans are soft and large enough.

The
Sweet Dynasty (SD) serves at Tsim Sha Tsui for a long time. It is
getting larger in size and food variety. Now, apart from dessert (sweet
soup), congee, noodle and dishes are also served. Most items are served
for the whole day. Its long business hours from 0800 to 2400 are also an
attraction to both visitors and locals.
We have not been
ill-treated by the servers. Maybe, they treat us as tourists as well. We
specially select to dine on the 1st floor, which is much larger in area
than that on the ground floor, and should be a much relaxing and
spacious environment. Unexpectedly, it is nearly full on the 1st floor
and there are quite a lot of foreigners, particularly Japanese and South
East Asian.
We order two desserts only, ‘Cold Bean Jelly w/ Red
Bean’ and ‘Stewed Hasma w/ Lotus Seeds & Red Dates’. They are of
above average quality, we especially appreciate their heart of serving
desserts in a special and impressive way. This would surely impress the
tourists very much. This is the trait of The Sweet Dynasty, which is
mainly different from other dessert houses in Hong Kong and is also the
competitive advantage of The Sweet Dynasty.
