'"Zhen Jiang" Cold Pork w/ Jelly Fish' is nicely presented.

'Baked Stuff Crab Shell' is served separately with a metal fork. It has nothing special from the appearance.

Inside
the brown coat, it is a mixture of crab meat, turnip and onion. They
match perfectly and each food material is an important role in the
overall taste. It is a must-try item in T'ang Court.

'Braised
Tofu & Fungus w/ Spicy Sauce' is expected to be an outstanding dish.
The fact is not so. It is only an average one, the sauce should be
spicier.

'Pan-fried Veal Chops w/ Mushrooms & Black Pepper
Sauce' has an enticing nice smell when it is served. There are about 8
pieces of veal. Meat texture is not tender enough and should be a bit
tough for some chops. But msg and meat tenderizer have not been added.
This dish can be improved if veal is in higher quality.

'Fried
Rice w/ Diced Duck, Leek & Garlic' is a quality fried rice and it is
well-balanced in all aspects. Normally, fried rice in hotel restaurant
is always not a disappointing dish.

There is sufficient distance among tables.

Every part of this Chinese restaurant is furnished seriously, resulting in a gorgeous and elegant atmosphere.

Each diner is served with tea again after dessert.

'Glutinuous Dumpling w/ Sesame Paste' and 'Melon Cold Cake'

Remarks: It is a Two Stars Michelin restaurant.
T’ang
Court is a Chinese restaurant renowned for its dishes of high quality
and word-of-mouth. We are glad to have a chance to try tonight. When we
arrive at the entrance on the first floor, we are deeply impressed by
the gorgeous and elegant atmosphere. It is surely a Chinese restaurant
in a Five-star Hotel. Tables are aligned with sufficient distance
in-between. Diners seem to be a different group of diners. Servers are
nice and have never overdone.
To be a renowned restaurant with
two Michelin Stars, there are sufficient assortments of all food
materials for selection. We order crab, pork, veal, vegetable, tofu,
rice and dessert. Maybe, we have a relatively high expectation on its
foods or we have not selected all the right dishes, except ‘baked stuff
crab shell’ (which is in a very outstanding quality), all others are
average only. This is quite common in our dining experience.
Other
elements in our dinner, particularly service and environment, are very
satisfying. Though we are not in a VIP room, the chatting sound from
table next to us must not be interference to us. We do have a relaxing,
pleasing and memorable dinner of Guangdong cuisine in a Two Michelin
Stars restaurant.
