Fish-n-chips is served in large portion, for both the fillet and chips. Tar Tar sauce and tomato sauce are served.
It
looks and tastes juicy. The Sole fillet is battered and deep-fried. It
should be the best method to cook Sole. Though the fillet is quite
thick, it has not yet been overcooked and the texture is still tender.
'Pizza
Supreme' is topped with tomato, onion, yellow pepper and mushroom,
turkey-based ham and beef pepperoni. It is quite juicy and very hot when
served.
Mango Lassi is a mixture of yoghurt and mango flesh. It is yummy!
Ebeneezer's is of average size. A relaxing ambience is available in the afternoon. Basically, we are attracted by its layout.

Ebeneezer's
is a well-known eatery of kebabs in Hong Kong . It has several outlets
in Wanchai and TST. The restaurant is getting better in appearance and
larger in size. We are attracted to have a visit this afternoon. There
are not many diners today, and most of them are not local diners.
We
are introduced to order the supreme pizza by the manager, when we are
puzzling which pizza to select. Additionally, we order fish-n-chips. At
the time of ordering, we really do not know there is special promotion
during this finance tsunami (yes, we are benefited because of finance
tsunami. What a pity!). On the one hand, we really hope the special
promotion would last longer. We also do not want to be benefited any
more because of the tsunami, on the other hand. What a dilemma!
We
are not prepared to have pizza and fish-n-chips in ebeneerzer's with
surprise. But in fact, the foods are very delicious, in the sense that
they are juicy and very hot when served. To be frank, food would be very
delicious, if food materials are fresh enough, with the right dosage of
seasoning, and it is hot enough when served. Ebeneezer's is able to
achieve all these criteria. We are sure we would visit the restaurant in
TST again, for the sake of trying other stuffs in the menu. For an
eatery with tasty foods and reasonable pricing, we find no reason not to
visit again.
