Tempura Rice Set $130 is not in small portion.
In
alluring red orange color, they are shrimps (3 pieces), eggplant, and
pumpkin. Though shrimps are not fresh, they are prepared in a manner
that its texture is still bouncy. It is not the texture of frozen
shrimp.
Quality Japanese rice is served. Together with the
special Japanese soy sauce, a synergistic effect is resulted -> very
tasty tempura rice set. It is like to try the same in Tokyo.
Udon in hot soup is still al dente.
Pickles and steamed egg
Sashimi Rice Set $180 is filled with sashimi (salmon, tuna, cuttlefish, scallop, roe).
Sashimi is fresh and vinegar rice is alright.
Nishimura
is quite a roomy Japanese restaurant with modern interior. There is
sufficient spacing among tables, privacy is ensured. Coffee is included.

Nishimura
Japanese Restaurant gives us a good impression, mainly because of its
location in Hong Kong Hotel and there is a podium next to the
restaurant. We can have a breathtaking view of Central district. We are
allotted to a table for 2 with partition. Privacy and nice environment
is ensured, we cannot hear the chat at the table next to us.
We
order Sashimi and Tempura Rice Sets. Pricing is a bit high
comparatively. Before long, our sets are served. We are glad that they
are both not in small potion. It is different from some Japanese
restaurants, having lower pricing strategy but smaller food portion.
Needless
to say, we are contented with both rice sets in quality and portion. We
are like to have an experience of dining in Japan, in view of
environment, food taste and originality. We are full of energy in the
afternoon, because of this meal.
