Chicken
breast is in fact stuffed with ham. It has been pan-fried for both
sides, with a very tasty flavor, together with mushroom sauce.
'Penne w/ shrimps in Tomata Sauce' is also tasty and of good quality.
Penne is al dente in texture and the shrimp is bouncy (but of course not a fresh one). I do not like such artificial texture.

Dente - Italian: "firm to the bite", meaning not too soft. This is
considered to be the ideal form of cooked pasta. Using plently of salt
helps achieve the "al dente" texture. This term is commonly used as a
name for Italian restaurants around the world.
Coffee or tea
Chocolate Cheesecake is also unexpectedly in good quality. There is a balance of cheese and chocolate flavors.

We
would like to have a lunch in TST in a restaurant without a lot of
diners. Sticky Fingers can satisfy such requirement. In addition, it has
a bright red color outlook, it is refreshing and enticing. Since there
are not many diners, diners are scattered and allotted to different
tables. It is also not noisy. Some diners are tourists, for their
dressing.
There are five choices in the lunch menu. We order
chicken breast and pasta. Each meal set is served with either salad or
soup, dessert and coffee. We are delighted each portion of the meal is
quite high in quality. The main courses are freshly cooked and hot
enough. Particularly the chicken breast, it is very tasty and of high
quality. For a spending of $70 only, these lunch sets are surely value
for money. We hope to arrange another chance to lunch here again.
