Antipasto Misto is a platter of Italian meats ....
smoked Salmon and cheese surrounded by an assortment of grilled veggies.
Meat and beer, cheese and beer, smoked Salmon and beer - which pair you like more?
'Seafood
Risotto in Tomato Sauce' is in fact not in small portion. The rice is
al dente and matches perfectly with tomato sauce. Seafoods are fresh
enough, the shrimp at the front is chilled.

Hard-working is the road to success. The boss of Al Dente is not an
Italian, this is the answer in my mind for a long time. But I do not
expect the owner is in fact a Bangladeshi. He worked in Hong Kong for
ten years as chef in a western restaurant and then started Al Dente Soho
for also about ten years. Chances are available, it depends on whether
you know it is available and you have grasped at the right time.
Formerly,
the same address was a Russian restaurant. It is the first time to dine
in Kowloon Al Dente. This Al Dente is not so packed as those at Hong
Kong side, at least much roomy than the one in Soho.
Food
presentation is more or less the same. Food quality is good,
particularly the seafood risotto. Since we have not ordered too many
dishes this time, we guess we would dine again soonest.
