Proscuitto E Melone

Ham is not salty. Ham is always a good companion of melon.

Initially, we are pleased by this Seafood Paella, it is quite big in portion. There are plenty of grilled seafood.

In
Al Dente, seafoods mostly and normally include Prawn, Sole, Mussel,
Cuttlefish, Clam and Octopus. But in this TST branch, it seems that
seafoods are not all kept in the best quality, our impression is that
they are not fresh enough. The food quality here is inferior to the ones
in Soho and Jaffe Road. It is disappointed.

Rice is still
delicious and has absorbed the flavors of seafood and tomato sauce. It
is not dry. But because of the seafoods, we cannot say the overall
rating for this risotto is very high.

Bread is the same for all branches of Al Dente. It is warm.

Cheers!

We
dine again in Prat Avenue. We also order two dishes only and do not
want to eat too much. We are always enlightened and inspired by doctors
that eating less (to about seventy percent full in each meal) would be
able to lead to longevity. Of course, we must continue to dine out and
explore all delicacies in the world.
The seafood risotto is a
disappointed dish. Maybe, we are getting more sensitive to seafood
freshness. Though we cannot expect fresh seafood in such restaurant, we
know the seafoods are of low quality (price), which are not possible to
enhance the overall standard. It is always a wrong for eateries to
expand continuously, it is not a molding factory. A success in one
restaurant is not a must to another branch or in other district. TST Al
Dente is a good real example for catering students to explore.
