Fried Shrimp w/ Salty Egg Sauce, Fried Shrimp Ball Stuffed w/ Cheese, Fried Shrimp w/ Maggi Sauce (黃金蝦／芝心蝦丸／美極蝦)
This
should be one of the signature dishes in Lung Chuen. Tastewise, it is
good and very delicious. A pity is that the shrimps should be chilled,
resulting that the texture is not bouncy enough, and ... .
Lobster
w/ Noodle in Cheese Sauce (芝士龍蝦伊麵) is quite generous in portion. We
should be able to share at least one piece of lobster. Cheese taste is
concentrated enough. We all like this dish very much.
Fried
Chicken w/ Sesame (芝麻雞) is freshly served to us. There is smell similar
to that of KFC's chicken. Taste is good and not too satly, meat is not
bouncy enough. It is anyway a chilled chicken.
Shark's Fin Soup (魚翅)
Steamed Scallop w/ Garlic Paste (蒜蓉蒸帶子)
Steamed Grouper (蒸石班)
Braised Fish Maw, Abalone, Sea Cucumber & Black Mushroom (鮑魚花膠冬菇)
Abalone is very tasty, fresh, and bouncy in texture.
Broccoli w/ Dried Scallop Sauce (瑤柱西蘭花)
Fried Rice w/ Cha Siu & Maggi Sauce (叉燒炒飯)
Almond Soup w/ Bird Nest (杏汁燕窩) is not too sweet. It is not expected to have bird nest in the meal.

It
is a speakeasy, normally serving group dining for special events. We
are delighted to have a meal together tonight. The menu has been set and
confirmed in advance. Strictly speaking, all diners on the same day eat
the same dishes in the speakeasy. It can serve about fifty diners at
the same time. There are two VIP rooms too.
There are ten
dishes in the menu. Soft drinks and one bottle of French red wine are
included. The meal lasts for about 2.5 hours, we can enjoy all dishes in
a leisure way. Frankly speaking, though it is a speakeasy, not all
dishes are prepared and cooked with top quality. Some dishes are very
average only. On average, the overall performance is above average. It
is a nice and happy meal tonight.
