
Lamb Chop and Iberico Pork Chop are in fact two orders.
There are three pieces of lamb chop and one piece of pork chop. But we put them together.

Napoleon
Needless to say, it is of top quality. It is small in size and decent in outlook.

Seafood
Linguine has been shared, therefore this portion has been halved.
Linguine is of course al dente. Seafood include lobster, scallop and
clam, they all are fresh. No surplus seasoning and sauce have been
added. It is therefore natural and savory.

Iberico
pork is pink in colour. It has just been fully cooked, the timing is
optimal. It is of course juicy and we can savor and feel the best
available pork and lard flavour. Please note that there is only one
piece of pork chop in this dish. This means it should be the top-graded
Iberico pork.

Lamb chop is grilled with enticing dark brown colour.

The
alluring pink meat implies that it is juicy and tender in texture. No
extra seasoning is added, the lamb is already very delectable. It should
be a favourite for lamb lover.

Vegetable soup is natural and flavorable as well. Small amount of cheese powder has been added on the top.

Imho,
it should be the best restaurant in Royal Garden. We think of dining in
Sabatini again for a while. We are gleeful that a table at the corner
is reserved for us tonight. We basically love Sabatini in all aspects,
including atmosphere, food authenticity, food material quality and
presentation, service and its live band. A flaw is that sometimes the
service is overdone.
