Vietnamese Coffee should be tried, no matter whether you are coffee lover.
Coffee is dropped from the metallic container on the top.
The yellowish white layer on the bottom is condensed milk.


It is very hot when served, since we order coffee after all dishes are finished.
Coffee flavour is very strong, coffee should be more outstanding than dishes. Maybe, quality of coffee is easier to control.
We drink in three steps. The first is to savour coffee in the top brown layer, then mix well with condensed milk. Finally, until all coffee drops are filtered, try the rest until it is finished.
I do not know whether an only order of dine-in Vietnamese coffee will be accepted in Nha Trang. It should be the most authentic and outstanding item. I am so sorry for all other Nha Trang fans.


Vietnamese Vermicelli in Thick Tomato Soup w/ Crabmeat Ball should be one of the top sellers in Nha Trang. We are mainly attracted by the foto in menu and we do not want to waste too much time in the selection. Tomato soup is anyway healthier.


Greenhouse tomato should be adopted, resulting in the pleasing vivid red colour. It is claimed to be thick tomato soup, but I do not think so. If you have made tomato soup by yourself at home, your taste buds will tell you the difference. I really do not like some people basing on the name on menu and red soup colour claim that the soup is really very very thick and condensed. This is quite ridiculous and naive.
Frankly speaking, soup is clear enough in colour and taste. This implies not much msg should have been added, if any.
Besides tomato, there are pork meat and two pieces of crabmeat ball. The portion of this bowl of rice vermicelli is quite generous in view of price and the restaurant location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Overall speaking, it is above average, but definitely has not attained a high level.


Steamed Ricesheet Wrap is an a la carte.
Totally there are four pieces of ricesheet wrap.  It is very hot, but no extra sauce and / or water can be found on the plate. This is an appreciated dish.

It is unexpected that a lot of patrons are waiting to be seated at lunchtime. It should be the only restaurant with queue in front of the shop at lunchtime in Ocean Terminal. In my experience, this Nga Trang should not be regarded as a small restaurant in Hong Kong. It should be able to entertain more than fifty patrons at the same time.

Luckily, we need to wait for about ten minutes before a table is allotted to us. Since there are quite a lot of patrons and we have about 90 minutes for lunch today, we immediately order two bowls of vermicelli, steamed rice wrap and coffee. We only order the popular items, since the time taken in the preparation should be shorter.

We are pleased to have ordered and eaten the tomato noodle. The soup is fresh, this means there is not much msg in the soup. Steamed rice wrap and coffee should also be appreciated. Pricing is not horrible, it should be reasonable.
