Claypot Rice with Chicken
Claypot Rice is a must to order, since claypot rice is one of the signature items.
Each piece of rice is cooked with nearly flawless condition. Together with delicious soy sauce, it deserves to be the signature item in Sheung Hei.
Fried Fillet with Egg and Tomato is a homefeel dish. The fillet is not in very good quality, it is therefore difficult to enhance the overall quality further. It is anyway an average dish.
Fried Dried Shrimp w/ Chives is a good companion of beer.
Steamed Egg with Minced Pork is another homefeel dish. It seems to be easy to cook. In reality, it is not so. But this is a delectable and quality dish.

Sheung Hei is the canteen of dwellers in Sai Wan. It is crowded every day, particularly at dinnertime and during holidays. Booking is a must. Or, it is needed to wait for a long time, like one hour or more.
We would like to try home feel dishes, there are quite a lot of such selections in the menu. Besides, claypot rice is a must to order in Sheung Hei. As before, food quality is always high and price is very reasonable. But the fish fillet ordered this time is of low quality, it is a wrong decision today. No matter how good the cooking skill is, it is not easy to change a low quality food material to a delectable dish. Apart from luck, sometimes, food order intelligence is a must.
