All ricesheet rolls are served on foam plates. Ricesheet is thin and transparent. Soy sauce is very delicious and not too salty. It is suggested to order at least two plates for each person at the time of placing the first order. Or, you will regret.

We have tried the ricesheet rolls in Tong Kee for many times. Sometimes, it is needed to report what we have eaten again. In Tong Kee, it is easy to order your food by giving a tick before the food item. There is no need to order congee, in my opinion. Just to order to ricesheet rolls, roast duck, pig liver and beef are my suggestions. The ricesheet roll is very thin, or it is better to describe as transparent. The soy sauce is delicious and a good companion of ricesheet rolls. But please be prepared to queue up, as quality ricesheet roll providers are not many in Hong Kong.
