Roast Goose (燒鵝) has been ordered beforehand. If not, it is not available. It is freshly roasted and in an alluring brown colour. Though this goose is a chilled one, its meat texture is still bouncy. The roast goose is delectable and flavorful, though it is not the best in my experience. It is anyway a hidden eatery serving roast goose in Kowloon.

Lamb Brisket (羊腩煲) is very large in portion, at least two times larger than those generally available in the market. Lamb meat is fresh and it is therefore bouncy in texture, and the special smell is not too strong.

Apart from lamb brisket, there are many other food materials, like beancurd sheet, water chestnut and ginger.

Steamed Grass Crap (蒸鯇魚) is large is size, with shredded ginger and shallot. Since the fish is very fresh, with this simple cooking method, it has already attained the best available quality. The whole plate of fish disappears suddenly.

Both vegetables are cooked with vivid green colouring. But because both have not been washed for a long time or simply ... , sands are found anyway.
