It is a farmed fish, the meat is not too loose but a bit bouncy. It is a tasty fresh fish.
Steamed Shrimps is fresh and the meat is bouncy. The quality is already not bad, we cannot expect too much.

It is needed to take an afternoon to travel to the southern part of Hong Kong Island. Today is a sunny day, it is a bit hot. It is anyway a refreshing afternoon in Aberdeen. We select a seafood restaurant at the main street of Apleichau for dinner.
It is a Chinese restaurant with local decoration and layout, decent ambiance should not be expected. Seafoods, namely crab, abalone, shrimp and fish, are showcased to passers-by. We only order 3 dishes and plain rice. For health and longevity of life, it is needed to eat more natural and fresh food; and eat less processed food. We always have this belief in mind.
Dishes are tasty but not exceptionally good. In our mind, for those 3 dishes, it is not possible and there is no such need for the chef to add a lot of msg. Fried mushrooms and vegetables are healthy and not too salty. This is a good combination in a causal meal. I am afraid we should have more friends to dine together next time.
