It is in fact stacked beancurd sheet.
This is a typical Hong Kong style fast food item, the portion is quite generous. Chicken wings have been marinated beforehand, they are tasty.
Deep-fried Gold Bricks is one of the signature items. Just from the appearance, it is not too easy to ascertain what it is. Or, the appearance is quite like deep-fried tofu. It is served with salad sauce.
Inner beancurd sheets are still soft and juicy. This Gold Brick should not be commonly available in other eateries.
Drinks are included in afternoon tea sets.

Yat Gor is only a local cha chaan teng style noodle shop in Aberdeen . It is of course not large in size and does not have any special decoration. We do not care too much whether delicious foods are served, provided it is only a recharge in the afternoon.
We order two afternoon tea sets, including snack and drink. Though it is a noodle shop, we have not ordered any noodle. We do not want to drink too much msg soup. The most special stuff we ordered is the gold bricks, which is in fact deep-fried beancurd sheet. Overall speaking, foods are of above average quality, and have never attained the level of outstanding. The gold brick is special enough to have a mark in our gastronomic journey.
