Fried Prawn in Secret Sauce is not a too special dish in nature, but it is definitely a delicious dish. There is no surplus sauce on the plate. Prawn is fresh and large in size. Together with the delectable sauce, we do have a silent period of about five minutes.
Soup of Conch, Pork, Dried Longan, Chinese Yam, Lycium Fructus and Bei Qi is very nutritive. The taste is natural and concentrated. It should have been boiled for more than three hours and is in pleasing light brown colour. FYI, no msg has been added to all dishes and soup.
Steamed Scallop can highlight the freshness of scallop.
Fried Chicken stuffed w/ Glutinous Rice is a quality dish. It takes time to prepare and process. The whole plate of fried chicken disappears within five minutes.
The stuffed rice is chewy and not oily. Deboned chicken is for sure fresh, not chilled or frozen.
Steamed Crab w/ Wine and Egg White
Crab is very fleshy. Egg white is steamed with quality wine. It has a slight flavour of wine (Hua Diu) and absorbed the freshness and oceanic flavour of crab.
This garoupa is fresh and high in price. The size is just sufficient for our consumption.
Dong Po Pork & Soft Boiled Egg
Dong Po Pork is palatable and has been braised for a long time. Fat is as soft as ice-cream.
Soft boiled egg is a bit surprise to us as its high quality is not in our expectation.

We are pleased to try in Apleichau again. This time our target is a very small eatery, rather than those seafood eateries. Its dining area is sufficient to accommodate about twelve diners only. This is not a big problem to us. What we are looking for are delicacies ultimately.
Ming Hin should in fact be regarded as speakeasy, at night. All dishes have to be ordered in advance. We order soup, bivalve, prawn, crab, fish, pork, and chicken. Vegetable, dessert and fruit are also included. In view of foods, we really do not have any complaint. Instead, we have appreciation more. All dishes are of high quality and some have even attained an outstanding standard. It is a leisure and delicious meal in a speakeasy. We all are filled with satisfaction.
