Today Soup is in fact one of the targets of today meal. It has been boiled for at least three hours and no msg has been added. This is a nutritive, natural and healthy soup. We appreciate their motive and conscience of preparing and serving this natural today soup.
Rice of Fried Egg w/ Cha Siu has been colored with sweet soy sauce. There are two pieces of fried egg and about six pieces fo sliced cha siu. Soy sauce is not salty but sweet. Plain rice is not of particularly good quality, it is average.
Fried Fish w/ Egg Sandwich. Fish meat is white in colour and has been mixed with egg. Sandwiched stuffs are sliced tomato, lettuce, fried fish with egg.
It, originally in this presentation, is not small in size and has already been cut into four pieces.
Fresh milk has been pasteurized. This pasteurization would not affect the nutrients in milk, but is not applicable to juice. Please note.

It is always informed that sandwich and soup are of high quality. We prepare to have the exploration today. We visit after lunchtime and the restaurant is not full. It gives us a neat and tidy impression. There are photos of scenery on the wall, resulting that it is a bit different for other Cha Chaan Teng.
We of course order the signature items, they are sandwich and soup, together with cha siu rice. We experience that So Kee is doing business with heart. This is evidenced by the quality of sandwich and soup. A pity is that it is closed in the evening. If not, we can have a bowl of today soup before seafood meals.
