Steamed Sea Fish w/ Preserved Bean Sauce
Fish meat is very fresh, though it is small in size. It is a delectable steamed stuff.
Apart from seafood, this is the signature chicken. It is from fresh chicken, its meat texture is of course different from that of chilled chicken.
Fried Prawn in Soy Sauce. To cook with soy sauce or maggi sauce, it is the best method to highlight and savour the freshness of prawn.

Fried Vegetable w/ Tofu is quite generous in size, it is of course also delicious. There is no surplus sauce. It is a simple dish, sophisticated cooking skill is needed as well.
Sweet and Sour Pork is a must to order, if more friends dine together. It is cooked after an order is received, resulting that pork would not be over-cooked or too dry. Taste is well-balanced and good.

This is the first time for us to dine in Pak Kee. All patrons may order dishes in the menu or buy seafood by ourselves from the wet market on the ground floor. In cooked food centre, there is no need to further explain the dining environment. Anyway, it is air-conditioned and definitely not bad from my point of view.
Though we have not ordered too many dishes, in view of our limited number of diners, the food portion is already very plentiful to us. Finally we can still finish all food stuffs in a period of two and a half hours.
We order prawn, chicken, pork, clam and vegetarian dish. All are cooked with heart and high quality. All food materials are fresh enough, including chicken and prawn (yes, including the chicken). We can savor the original taste of each food material. This is the prerequisite of high standard dishes. It is also what we enjoy tonight. We would visit again one day, for the sake of trying dishes other than those in the above.
