Steamed Baby Geoduck is very fresh.
Since it is very fresh, the meat is not tough at all and there is very tempting oceanic freshness.
Steamed Garoupa is also good in quality and meat texture. Simply steaming in such a way should be the best way to savour the real flavour of sea fish.
Fresh Steamed Chicken is one of the signature items. The yellow skin colour is natural and alluring. Meat texture is of course bouncy. It is a delicious steamed chicken. Sauce of ginger and green onion is included.
Steamed Clam w/ Garlic Paste is another bivalve in the meal. We therefore request to steam with garlic paste, in order that the taste would be a difference from that in the first photo.
Fried Crab w/ Preserved Beancurd, Ginger & Green Onion is a new cooking flavour.
Preserved beancurd flavour is not too strong. It is suggested to have stronger flavour of preserved beancurd. Though crab is fresh, its meat texture is not so good this time. If not, there should be a synergistic effect.

We dine in Pak Kee again tonight. This time we are prepared to order more seafood as we are all seafood lovers. We order crab, clams, fish and chicken. We really want to have oceanic flavor of seafood on each piece of our taste bud, we can do it tonight. Besides the fresh chicken is also a must to order. But it is in limited supply everyday, if you would like to eat chicken, it is suggested to order asap.
This cooked food centre is in fact an air-conditioned dai pai dang. We cannot expect there is quiet dining environment. It is nevertheless a good place to chat, gossip, speak ill of others, share and discuss personal and their privacy.
