These garoupas are very good in texture. Simply steamed with ginger and green onion, and added soya souce, this is already a very high quality seafood.
There are totally three tails of fish, one large and two small.
Though it is fried, the meat texture is still very good, implying that fish are fresh or very fresh. There is no need to cook with sauces, this is already one of the best ways to savour the nice flavour of seafood.
Fried Small Fish is simple but delicious. This must be a favourite for cat or fish lover. To me, there is no need to eat with soya sauce.
Mixed Vegetables in Claypot is very generous in portion. It is cooked with dried shrimp, with a lot of vegetables at the bottom.
Fried Vermicelli in Singaporean Style is the first time we order here. It is not oily and this is much appreciated. It is very delectable in the sense that the taste is well-balanced and it is spicy enough. Of course, you may request less spicy. In my experience, if this fried vermicelli is not spicy, it is better to order other fried noodles.

As usual, we would like to have a simple dinner tonight, there is no need to have very special seafood and dishes. What we ordered are only those food materials available at the time of our visit. We are contented with all dishes and they are cooked to the standard in our expectation. We do not have any disappointment. We are pleased to have a delicious fish meal.
For us, there is no need to have splendid dining environment and overdone service. What we need is a simple meal with natural fresh food materials, and the meal is cooked under humane environment. That is all.
